Dorner belt conveyors are premium material handling solutions. The range is enormous. The T-slot in the sides makes mounting (and adjusting!) stops and photo eyes very easy. Dorner belt conveyors are endless, which combined with their precision design makes Dorner the correct choice for accurate part presentation into machines. Dorner belt conveyors can even be run backwards with the drive pushing the belt. This minimizes the profile and footprint of the out feed end of the belt conveyors when feeding machines. Their V-guided belts eliminate tracking problems. The 2200 range is the low profile, small part workhorse. The 3200 range is the heavy lifter even though the pulley diameter is only 3”. The 6200 is the ultra low profile stainless steel corrosion resistant choice.

In sanitary applications we can offer model 7200 wash down belt conveyors which are designed for wipe-down and low pressure (100 psi) spray cleaning with occasional use of chlorinated cleaners. If you clean with high pressure sprays (up to 1500 psi) and use chlorinated cleaners on a daily basis, the Dorner 7300 models are the belt conveyors to select. Dorner model 7200 and model 7300 belt conveyors are BISSC Certified.

For heavier load wash down applications, we offer Dorner 7600 sanitary belt and chain conveyors. Up to 60" wide and up to 40' long, these conveyors are designed with ease of cleaning in mind. Features like continuous TIG welded polished stainless steel frames, tool-less dis-assembly; tip-up tail pulleys for quick belt release, belt lifters, MOL antimicrobial belts, and frame cut-outs facilitate quick thorough cleaning. The Ultimate 7600 belt conveyors are USDA accepted. Sanitary curved belt conveyors are also available.

If you need to go around corners 90° and 180° curved belt conveyors are available, though costly.

Ambaflex makes an excellent range of spiral conveyors that sometimes are the unique solution to a problem. The slatted belting (chain, really) is supported on a side flexing steel roller chain. Side mounted bearings under the slats minimize friction around the spiral track.
