| One of the least costly, simplest but most successful palletizing (or de-palletizing) aids is the Bishamon EZ Loader. This lift table automatically adjusts its height as load is added or removed. An operator does not have to stoop. The easily rotated top means reaching is minimized. The 20% to 40% productivity improvement pays for the unit in months. Back injuries are greatly alleviated. Many useful options are available; as are stainless steel, pit mounted and cantilevered units. We always have a demo unit in stock for you to try. Be warned, often the operator won't let us take it back. |

| Moving up the cost ladder, vacuum lifters supported on a light jib crane or workstation bridge crane are very fast and easy to operate. Varieties of suction feet are available to handle cases, multiple cases, pails and barrels. |
| Lastly, we have a simple, inexpensive, fully automatic palletizer. It can be cost justified at much lower production rates than previously. It's easy to program, building one pallet load at a time at floor level. The full pallet can be removed with a pallet jack. If you have the equivalent of one operator palletizing for one shift on a line, you should talk to us. |
