Shelving |
| We supply large volumes of Republic shelving. They have a huge selection of types and sizes. In the clip shelving range, the beaded front post is great for easy access to containers or record storage boxes. We can assist with optimizing layouts and seismic zone considerations. High-rise shelving accessed with man aboard vehicles can be a very cost effective storage solution. The vehicles provide fast retrieval times, eliminating the need for mezzanines. Narrow aisle floor guiding allows very dense storage. |

Recent Project: Ivy League |

An Ivy League College needed to expand its records management. As well as archival storage, because the department has such a fast response, it provides current working file storage for the college. Maximizing the available shelf space for tens of thousands of storage boxes while still providing quick access was the challenge. We filled the 120’ long x 90’ wide x 16’ high available space with double rows of single deep, single high shelving. We also supplied the guided vehicles that run in fourteen very narrow aisles, 42” wide, between the shelves. |

Racks |
| We support several quality manufacturers of roll formed racking. For a very small premium we can supply Frazier structural racking. Frazier is the largest, oldest supplier of structural rack in the country. Structural pallet rack provides high abuse resistance because it utilizes heavy structural steel in the construction of the beams and uprights. Beams are bolted to uprights so they cannot be dislodged. It is so rugged, Frazier offers an unmatched two year unlimited warranty against fork truck abuse. As a result, Frazier structural rack is the first choice for pushback, drive in or drive through rack, or for selective pallet rack in demanding environments. |
| Just remember to lay it out with aisles running the long way. No, we do not sell used pallet rack. One of our good customers, on a tight budget, bought some used rack from a competitor. It promptly collapsed under load. Fortunately, nobody was hurt. If you are thinking of pallet rack, remember that first-in, first-out can be easily accomplished with pallets using Kornylak’s Palletflo live storage conveyors in the rack. This keeps your controller happy by eliminating a cause of obsolete or out-of-date inventory. Productivity is maximized while damage is minimized because handling is minimized. Rugged Span-Trak carton flow tracks achieve the same result for boxes or smaller items, even bottles. |
